Assessio is a consulting company specialised in strategic HR with digital solutions for selection and development.

Their offer is partly based on a data driven platform called Ascend that helps their clients to select and recruit new people, develop the organisation, coach employees and leaders and create benchmarks for culture and roles.

They wanted to develop this platform further and create a new branch of the platform called “Leadership Feedback” where a leader would be able to gather un-biased information from their group and get tips and coaching on how to act on it.

The tasks to complete this goal consisted of doing UX research, flowcharts, wireframes, building a functional design system and designing the final UI.

Working in a a cross functional team with developers, product owners and psychologists to achieve this goal and delivering a product for both desktop and mobile use.
